* May, September, October are discounted 25% from the listed fees.
• Prices includes use of the wedding/reception site and the 30 x 40 tent, bridal lounge and catering room, storage area, garage receptacles, portable toilets for 100 guests.  There is an additional charge to cover cost of providing additional garbage receptacles and portable toilettes of $100 for each additional 50 guests over 100 guests.  There is a refundable damage deposit under terms as provided in the EVENT CONTRACT.

Ceremony Rehearsals/Decorating/Site cleanup
The site can be reserved for use for rehearsals, rehearsal dinner, other events, and decorating the day before your wedding or main event for an additional fee.  You are responsible for cleaning up the area so it is ready for your wedding or special event the following day.  You are to have the area cleaned up, all garbage in receptacles and decorations removed by 9:00 a.m. the day following your event and ready for the next party’s use, with the exception of rental equipment from third party vendors such as additional tents, table and chairs, the removal of which must be coordinated by you and approved by Diamond G Estate’s event manager in advance of your event.

Ceremony and Reception Site FYI
Guests should be encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony and park in our main parking area.  Walking to the ceremony site from our parking lot takes about 2 minutes in dress shoes.  There can also be a designated handicapped drop off and parking area for any guests not able to walk.

When planning to decorate the reception area, it is best to do this between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 P.M. the day of the event, depending on the time of your wedding or event.  In many cases, the tents are erected the morning of the event or the day before.  If you would like to get an earlier start decorating the wedding or reception site, contact our office and our event manager will work to coordinate this with you. For larger events, we recommend reserving more than 1 day.

To be respectful of neighboring property owners.  music and noise volume must be kept to acceptable levels, and music must end by 9:00 p.m. for events Sunday-Thursday and guests leave the premises by 10:00 p.m., and music must end by 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and all guests must leave the premises by 12:00 p.m. as the gates will  be closed at the time guests are to leave the premises and not be opened until 7:00 a.m. the following day.

Liability
Diamond G Estate, LLC assumes no liability for the event to the event sponsors or hosts, vendors, or guests, or for the providing of food or beverage or other supplies or services, all as is more particularly stated in the EVENT CONTRACT.
